Hi, Can I take multivitamins daily normally? If yes, please suggest which one and also the alternatives.

My mother has taken 2 dose of vaccine on 5th may last one but from 13th may she was coughing in a mild way gradually it increases but after two days it was decreased to very mild normally on morning and evening, she also loses her smelling but after four days she got back her smelling sense. These are the two symptoms she found except these nothing happen, but till today her coughing was not cured, gale me thora khus khus hai, she was doing everything from day one like taking steam vapour, kadha and all the activities Is azithromycin 500 will suitable

Hello, I have been feeling weak and a bit of numb feeling in my right leg for the past week...in the morning I'm not able to walk a bit fast or lift right leg, but still I can walk slowly...what is the reason..could you plz guide me...

My father aged 78 years usually experiences wet cough occassionally for which he is advised antibiotics. He had mild symptoms for Covid for which he was given basic covid related medication from 29th April to 3rd May. His fever became normal after 1st May. His temperature today is  98 SO2 level and pulse as on today is 96 and 102 respectively. However, for the last four five days he has been complaining of wet cough. Advise requested on this please.

I have been advised by doctor to take ciplox for possible infection in the butt which is causing swelling and pain. Doc did not mention whether 500mg or 250mg is to be taken. And what should be dosage?

Sir, my wife hands palm nerve started blinking continuesly 2 weeks back. We met near by doctor, prescribed 1 week medicine. Now it's OK but when she start washing clothes it will start blinking. Kindly help us which doctor to consult and medicine.
