Now since morning I have little bit  stomach pain just below the chest. Should I worried about it since I'm covid 19 positive patient. And what medicine should I take for stomach pain relief. My mother is tested covid positive and I'm also having continous headache. I have not yet tested for covid. She was given medicines, 1.azithromycin 2.intazin 3.pyricool 500 4.Immumen Kindly advice whether i should take the same medicines or any other medicine. I'm female 32. I tested positive on 20th May. Now taking tablets Doxycycline, paracetamol, pantoprozole 40mg, tap- methylprednisolone 8mg, cap becosules zinc (morning and night)with doctor advise. Then for 2days I'm suffering from nose weight and pain inside nose. because of this I feel my head eyes is heavy.. so doctor prescribed nosikind 0.1% drops for 2times daily and chymoral forte tablet for 3days morning and night.. Yesterday I was fine. Today again feeling same. I'm very sacred about black fungus. Plz reply. I'm not a diabetic and not hospitalized. Why my nose is like that?? Because of this I can't do any work.. I'm not able to be free. Nose is heavy and inside pain. My eyes and head also mild pain is there. What is the reason.. is this normal or what?

I took thyroid test yesterday and got my reports(attached) want to know whether the result are in normal level .

One of my medical friend suggested me to take zick-50 (for zinc) and winvitaplex for multivitamin and limcee for vitamin c daily for lifetime . Is it safe to take all this together and for lifetime ? Cause somewhere i read that you should take just 11 mg of zinc !
