Flu

I feel discomfort in my stomach and back if I sit on chair for more than half an hour continuously.It feels like tight stomach and slight pain in muscles. As soon as I get up and change my position this discomfort or mild pain is gone. Also if I keep my back align on some hard surface for some time I feel slight pain in aligned back part.However as soon as I change positions these pain are gone.

I recently did a regular blood tests to check for thyroid, however as per the results T3 is 1.64, T4 is 11.50 & TSH 5.89. Which seems all three are borderline high, what should be done in this case? Does this mean anything?
