I am a mother of 1.8 year old baby girl and I am breastfeeding her, so can I take covid 19 vaccine or should I avoid it till she wean off ?

I have first symptoms from 12 may as a dry cough then 14 may have fever and test on 16 may and result know 19 may positive. Gene 13 and ORF 1ab 13. My doctor prescribed me mucoder 600 3 times a day. Montas L once a day, rednisol 16 once a day and favilab 400 4 tablets 2times a day. I am a asthama patient. My spo2 98 - 99. Currently from 5 days I don't have any fever and 3 days no cough. But suddenly today I feel fever. But temperature could not show in tharmometer. I feel inside that I have slightly fever. Why it is feel for now? Am I recovering??? Or it is normal to feel something during recovering.

I am unmarried. Give some tips to stay stress free and relax. As I am diagnosed with a stress full disease Endometriomas. Inspite of After consulting doctor I am very tensed about that. So that I do too much search on Google about it. Last time after seeing  report doctor told that size is enough decreasing & I thought that medicine may not work on this size of cyst(LO 6.5*5.7 cm reduces to 3.0*2.7 cm , RO 3.6*2.8 cm reduces to 1.7*1.2 cm & both ovaries are not enlarged) but you are lucky so give a special thank to The God, But as Still the cyst is not totally diminished so continue Dienogest 2 mg. I also continue it.I am asymptomatic & I have no pain. But when I search on Google & reading about that  then I am totally depressed.plz give some tips.

Got symptoms on 15th april. Fever lasted for 4 days, dry cough for 10 days. So after 1 month of cough(on 25th May) , I got tested for IGG values. It came as 1.55. How it shall be interpreted? Am I immune to this disease for sometime? Or it can happen but will be very mild/ asymptomatic? If immune, approx how long it may last. Or any other points as per experts.... (I always wear mask, so by immune my intentions are not bad like, mask removal its just if I am exposed to someone close contact/family)

I took I pill on last week which I had took on my last day of my periods. From yesterday I am having bleeding nt heavily but slightly high bleeding and a sharp pain in the stomach. When vil the bleeding vil stop. Whether I need to consult the doctor.

I have developed internal fever with chills for the last 12days, and I have been to a doctor too, took some anti biotic and fever medicine and vitamins But it seems my ocasianal chills still exist with sweating and lots of acid. At present I'm taking coldrest cz tablet since yesterday and antacid in the morning. Please also note that my common cold is always common with me since last winter

What should I take, have sensation in upper back and weakness Are vitamin b injection are safe and if yes which one to take and in what dose for how many days ?

My Wife has recovered from COVID and her test result is negative but doctor has still prescribed us to take Steroid ( Medrol 8 mg ) orally for a week. Is it safe to take ?
