I am feelinng dizzy all the time from last 4-5 days ...I am not getting vertigo attacks but only sensation of dizziness is there

For last 4-5 days , I am constantly experiencing a sensation of dizziness . Real dizziness does not occur but only sensation is there. My head in the morning when I wake up remains light but as soon as evening comes it becomes heavy . I am preparing for Mbbs entrance and for that i have to study 12-14 hours per day . Please help me anyone.Being a doctor you can understand my problem . Please help me .I beg you. Why this sensation of dizziness is there?.

Hii my bother got covid he is admitted since last Saturday.. means mostly 1 week passed....his CRP was 94 that time and HRTC was 17/25 my question is today again we did test his CRP comes 3.98 but his HRTC has same 17/25 results...is this fine becoz CRP results are good but HRTC shows scary...could you please tell me this is dangerous ? Is that possible CRP results fine but HRTC is not good...his oxygen level with support is 93 to 95 coming ...without oxygen he is 86 level ...please guide me i hope according CRP his infection reduced but why HRTC is still showing no improvement?

I have mild chest pain ocassionally and long breathing whenever I think but my oxygen level is always 98 suggest me what I can do.

I was taking vitamin d3 and angirex(anti-anxiety) drug ..I suddenly stopped them...can this cause me sensation of dizziness? .... or i have been vaccinated with covaxin 8days ago....can they all cause me dizziness? Actually a sense of dizziness although proper is not there only a sense is there

So sorry I forgot to mention that I had been tested for covid in the month of jan and i completed my isolation around jan 25. Today I visited my doctor for cold..he gave me predmet 8 mg and solvin cold for 3 days I'll be taking my vaccine shot tomorrow, can i continue the dose? Predmet is Methylprednisolone 8mg should I stop my dose or continue it and take my vaccine shot? Also he said it's an allergy as i thus every 4 Months also after I completed my quarantine I got the same symptoms I have now and this has been since few years.

Can i take angirex tablet if i feel dizzy due to anxiety? I was feeling stressful and anxious ..can i take angirex ...age-19
