My vitamin B12 and D level keeps on decreasing. I take these medication (for 6 months) which increases them. After stopping the medication they drop again (on getting tested in 6 months). Take all types of diary products in diet. Is it normal? Should I consult a doctor? If yes, which doctor?

I am having fever since last evening, and having paracetamol tablets but fever is not getting cured and persisting from 99F to 100.4F There is no any other symptom only fever is there. What to do to cure the fever.
