Today , i have taken first dose of vaccine and after 6 hr from that i fell head ache, pody pain( specially in near the site of vaccine), and little fever ... Should i take paracetamol or not??

I took my first dose of covishield today and I had body aches around 8PM night so took one dolo..then I was feeling better. Now again mid night body pains started and slight feverish I feel... Can I take dolo now again? As the time is around 4am with empty stomach. Please advise asap. Thank you.

My Wife has fever( 99 - 100 F max) since last 3-4 days with cold & cough symptoms. She is taking all Covid related medicines but not able to do any test ( huge crowd daily in testing centre). SpO2 is coming 98-99 % range. Please suggest if any extra care needed.
