There is a scar on my nose since my birth.. The stitches looks weird on the face.. Need consultation regarding it

Tested positive on 20th May. No diabetic anything.. Only taking thyroid tablet 50mg. Isolated aat home Only. Doctor prescribed steroid tablets. Whysolone 10mg for 3days morning and night, methylprednisolone 8mg for 5days morning and night. Is this a high dose of steroid? Plz reply. Fearing of fungus

Hi dr I am taking serious precautions in consuming anything which could cause coughing. I feel no problem for 2 3 days...suddenly in a day i start coughing and it again last in a day or by next day...this cycle keeps on going..experiencing this problem since 3 months...have already taken all medicine course by a chest specialist even. Pl suggest what could be to the reason for the same...for past 2.5 months i have not taken anything chilled stuff or deep fried or pickle,etc items. Can this be due some item from household only which is creating this problem. Pl suggest

Can a power of believe really heal diseases? , I've heard a lot that he's 3rd stage cancer completely cured, that person's autoimmune completely gone, her tuberculosis cured. Is something called power of belief really works.? Asking because I've got an infection 8 yrs ago, and at that time i actually tried to heal with the power of belief but my condition deteriorated, and finally cured the condition with antibiotics. First symptom on 22 april is 99 fever diahhera spo2 99 Last symptoms on 4th may.. No steriod taken,non diabetic Having  pain(not continuous,bearable) in side of eyes from 13 may(eyesight is weak already,checked corrected), no redness in eyes and some time mild pain on nose...no fever little headache on front side.anxeity X ray attached.med during covid taken attached. Any sign of black fungus?
