I have faced issues like sleeping disorder, low BP, poor health condition like under weight, eye problems due to not getting enough sleep, heavy acidity, irregular menstrual cycle due to poor health condition lose of appetite due to frequent rotational shift in odd hours and night shift. I have consulted a doctor at my home town and was doing a little better. However, I recently fell sick and started getting the same problems again. If I continue to work in odd hours rotational and night shifts then it will harm me in a longer run. Request you all to help me providing a medical certificate to my organisation so that I can avail a fixed shift timing till I get better so that it won't affect my health anymore. I would request doctors who are in Gurgaon , if they can help me with this cause I stay in Gurgaon and my organisation would want a certificate from my current location. I am ready to visit the clinic as well. Thank you so much

Hi, I get this neck sprain (minor) frequently these days either while sleeping or some activity. It pains a lot usually & remains for a day that day. Is there any instant relief remedy for this? And how to avoid such neck sprains?
