Hello Dr. My mother recovered from covid a month ago. She has a slight throat pain followed by itching (mirchi). What could be the possible reason for pain and what she can take?

I was tested covid +ve 5 weeks back and after 14 days I tested came out negative, after negative I had gastric problem when I burp then I would feel like relief. Used pan d and sucrofil gel , and also having cough like when I talk r take deep breathes then I used montelukast for 10 days, while using it cough was suppressed.. Now its 4 days that I stopped it , today iam getting cough while I talk I feel like taking out the mucus forcefully then  having relief. and my gastric problem is coming and going on n off.. And my tongue is white in colour from the day I started using tablets.. Plz help me .. Iam feeling very depressed .. Some or the other symptoms iam facing right from starting. Some times weakness,  body pains,gastric problem.. Iam not getting sleep .. Some times I feel like fever but temp is normal sometimes up to 99 Done tests on 17/5 Crp 6.5 d dimer 0.35 chest xray normal ecg normal But still I feel like iam not recovered I donno iam very depressed...

Father was in covid treatment last month (5-15 April), around 12 Apr blood test was done where his WBCs were 10600. After 45 days his WBCs are 4100 (neutrophils are less). Attaching his current blood report. Can someone suggest if there is anything serious?

My mother got first dose of Covishield jab yesterday. Since last night she is suffering from chills and fever. Today she took 2 doses of Paracetamol Dolo 650. Still not well. How to treat fever in this case. As there are news regarding the blood clots, can she take a dose of Ecospirn tablet as a precaution.

Some time ago say one week, i felt sweet saliva like feeling without eating sugar item,Some time felt salty saliva,  then after one or two day i became normal, but today after i also started feeling the same sweet saliva in mouth, i have checked my Random sugar was 95 in evening before one week, but I eat Dabur sugar free chavyanpras for immunity, is there some test needed or what are symptom like this. Hello sir, Iam Dharmendra my wife health little gone down on 26th of Apr21 and on 28th of Apr21 she had mild fever with in one day we consulted a doctor.but after taking medicine for 4-5days when we not saw any v+e result then we had done RT- PCR test on 3rd may21.Her test result come v+e on 4th may21. After consulting doctor for covid we taken treatment for 10-12days and take every precaution.After that her health improve but in forthcoming week she had little breathing problem and weakness. Then we again consult the doctor then he prescribed medicine.we had done the CT- SCAN of the chest and in that no abnormalities comes.Now yet sometimes her nose block and head become bhari-bhari.I want some some advice.

Patient is suffering from fever and cough since last 2 months. We are trying to contact to the doctors who can find out the illness. We have done multiple tests like Chest X-Ray, Blood Tests, Urine Test, Covid-19 Test etc but we are not able to know the exact illness. I'm attaching a few reports please review and let me know if you found any issue which can cause the fever and cough. Currently, Patient is very weak and everyday fever is coming once or twice. There is some relief in cough since last 2-3 days after taking the Homoeopathic medicines. The main issue is everyday fever. Please check the attached reports and share your thought.
