Hello Dr I am 28, suffering from mild stomach pain since past 4 days. Motion are good but i am not able to completly empty my stomach in once. I have 99 fever and heavy headache. I am not able to sleep and feel sleeplessness. I am smoker. I dont have any diabetes and bp related issue. My blood reports are normal except lymphocyte ratio which is 45%. Rest esr and crp are normal. I am feeling breathlessness . My oxygen level is 98. I am not able to understand what wrong with me.. i use to sleep more than 9 hours and now only 3 to 4 hours. Kindly advice. Also in my xray which is attached there is a mark below left lung. Please let me know what it could be?

Is hyperinflated lungs is common in my age? (24 M)? And is it anything serious now considering my age? I did a chest xray which showed that, after that consulted pulmonologist he said, do pft, after pft the results(attached), suggested of asthma as it showed reversibility. I will be taking nebuliser for a while to manage it, will regular exercise help me to manage it? Please answer top 2 questions, its worrying me :(

I got fully vaccinated on 02.06.2021 and after 1 week also I'm Feeling uneasy. For eg If I am standing at a place for more than 5 mins then I feel like fainting with mild headache and i also have loss of appetite. My BP is 104/66.

I am sufferring from typhoid as my report suggest and feeling chills with normal body temperature . After taking medicine for almost one month still nor recovered weakness still continues . Last week widal test show s typhi O =  1:40 and same for H. But now S. Typhi O  shows 1:80 and H stills at 1:40. My esr is 20 having normal CRP 0.50 . What should be done please suggest

I have been facing ulcer in mouth, occurrs every alternate month. It's mostly on inner lips , side cheeks and stays for 2-3 days. Currently I am having swollen lips since 4-5 days and today it started paining a little, till yesterday swelling was there but no pain. I had stomach ulcer 2 years back and gastric issues remains once a while

I have tested positive on May 20th. Today is the 28th day from my symptoms. I had Doxycycline, paracetamol, pantoprozole 40mg, tap- methylprednisolone 8mg, cap becosules zinc and fulka 150mg for 5days morning and night with doctor advise. But still I'm continuing becoluses zinc and dexorange syrup daily. Today morning someone called. I went out from home near gate. Forgot my mask. I was with distance 6feet. That next person also didn't wear mask.. I just answer and came inside home after 5seconds.. at that time heavy air came. My doubt is will it spread if that person is positive means. I'm very scared from morning. Again it will affect for me.
