I am experience some sort of pressure or discomfort in the forehead between eyebrows. Yesterday I couldn't get proper sleep. Anything to worry?

After taking my 1st dose of covieshield , after one week I felt pain in my right foot and it also sweling . what to do .. I am very scared..pain is very much strong , but I am not taking any painkillers.. Help please.

I have been not able to sleep from past 4 days, as soon as I sleep my left leg and arm go numb and wake me up immediately, I just sleep for 5 mins and there is burning pain on left side. And this is happening after covishield vaccine which I took 13 days back. Please help and suggest something. I have tried all positions and my legs and arms feel fine oly when I am awake.

Hello doctor. I'm 21 years old. Since the last few years I'm noticing that I get fatigued a lot. There is a constant feeling of tightness in my chest. I know I have anxiety issues. A few days ago I went for brisk walk and I got short of breath too soon. After reaching home I got a headache. The same thing happens if I climb the stairs in my house. I have to take a few secs to catch my breath. My heart rate increases when I move around. I have never been active but this doesn't feel normal. I get short of breath, headaches, and increased heart rate. Sometime I feel lightheaded too. What is going on? This aggravating my anxiety even more.
