I have taken covishield vaccine two days ago since then I am suffering from gastric problem Is this vaccine safe for gastric patients

I HAVE SMALL LUMP ON MY CHEST WHEN I press the chest I will feel the circular lump near my right joint of chest it has been there from a month and I have pain during walking on that area or pressing it I have done x ray but its normal please guide me for this

Pedal edema is there on pressing with finger the area becomes hole. Can't urinate without frusemide 40 mg and deficate without isapgol. Totally loss of apetite. Last time KFT results were alright bt slight increase in thyroid bt doctor didn't give any medicine related to it. And xray report litter cardiomegally was seen still no medicine were given.

Its been quite a while my wife gets severe cough immediately she works in cold water. This has been happening for almost 2 years. As result of which a pulmonlogist suggested to use symbicort on need basis. We want to confirm if she is really asthematic or get into the root of the cold alergy.
