I took pfizer First dose two months back in dubai and came to chennai in emergency leave. Without taking two doses of vaccine I could not travel back. Can I take two doses of covieshield in india?

Since the past few months I have been noticing that I am having severe bloating, mild chest pain, gas, constipation and discomfort typically after consuming milk or heavy cream at night. It slowly subsides after taking eno/antacids. This is surprising since I never had any issue with cheese or other dairy products earlier. Is it possible that I have suddenly become lactose intolerant? Kindly advice what I should do. Can I eat yogurt? Thanks, I am 34 Female.
