My mom got her blood test done. She has a transferrin saturation of 14% and her TIBC is 413. But her haemoglobin is under a normal range. What does a low tranferrin saturation and slightly higher TIBC signify ? Anything to worry ? I have attached her blood reports below.

I have been recurrent  pain in right knee for last 3 months..more pain on right knee sometimes pain happen in left knee...othewise left knee is ok.. whenever I drink turmeric water it gives me relief along with I use dr ortho gives relief but it is temporary relief in the Next day pain occur again...is there any permanent cure??why is it happening?I m only 28 yr old male and student...I eat beetroot daily does it cause knee pain??
