High uric acid and high hemoglobin
Hello doc , we did test for my husband , his uric acid and hemoglobin level is high .can u suggest plz whag kind of diet he should follow bring both to correct level.

My b12 is out of range i.e 1150
My b12 is out of range i.e 1150 do i need to worry. Also the uric acid is 2.3 and urea is 15. What should i do? My lft and kft are normal.

Blood pressure
My blood pressure is systolic 110 to 120 and dystolic is 70 to 80 while lying down on bed
And when i check while sitting on chair systolic is 125-130 and dystolic is 80-85
Is that fine??

Post covid symptoms
Its about 2 month almost my cusion recovered from covid but he still feels something stuck in his throat,feeling thirsty,some unusual congestion inside the throat and feeling shortness of breath but when he checked oxygen level it always shows above 97%. It is due to medication or i need some medical consultation.
