She is getting pain on left shoulder and arm suddenly at yesterday morning , then she got paracetamol and raintadine medicine after breakfast (Biscuits & bread omlet) at 9:00am, then after 1hr at 10:00am she felt vomiting, then she took injection to stop vomit and BP became low and today she likely to feel vomiting and pain like shivering on this shoulder and arm. What should we do?. We can't understand the reason of pain & shivering? She use also violin pain relief spray & Fomentation with hot water.

My daughter Shanmukhi is type 1 diabetic for the past couple of years. Recently she has developed strech marks on her stomach. These are in red color.
