Hey I feel some lumps in my left breast which is movable and hard when I press I feel pain I take stress also or sometime my periods get late and also discomfort in my armpit what is tha cause and treatment or is this a cancer or treat by medicines or surgery please tell

My husband feelimg some slight pain and tightness in chest from 3-4 days. He got tested covid and CT scan also few days back. In report all things were normal according to consulting medical expert. But now he is facing pain in chest. Can anyone help in explaining this condition. What should we do in this?

This is on behalf of my wife "On 26th June I got my 1st shot of covishield, post which I started having fever at night with a severe back pain and leg cramps. I am also having headache body ache and light headedness. The main issue is am having severe back pain and I even can't stand properly. I having dizziness. I had calpol 650 but after its effect is over the fever is coming back with severe back pain. Can I use hot bag for back pain? Or can I use painkillers for the back pain? Please help!!"
