At my cervix opening i feel itchy and painful !! And white thick discharge What's that? And also frequent urination

Today I am playing with my neighbour he got very little scratch from my finger nail on his one finger { no bleeding no redness} . Scratch size was 1/4 of 1inch and it wasn't open cut . It was just little scratch . No pain . He washed with water and soap and used anti bacterial cream on it . Do he needs tetanus or something for that minor scratch ?? PLEASE REPLY HERE ITSELF!
