Dry cough since 10 days not getting cured. Not cured with so many cough syrups I tried. Plzzz help me.

After taking 5 doses of vaccine and again taking 0,3 doses after 5 months from 5 doses vaccine due to dog scratch , how long it will save me? When I have to take booster for frequent animal handling ? If dog scratchs me now should I have take vaccine again?

I consulted with doctor and was given the following medicine Azze 500 Dolo 650 montek lc grillinctus syrup Now I have no headache, bodyaches Nose is closed a little bit Mild coughing Fever is going down after taking paracetamol but is up around 99. 5 to 100 after 6/7hrs of each dose Should I do Covid test? Any change in medicine?

My little finger on right hand gets clamped shut and refuses to open or bend easily, while my 2 fingers next to it also became hard to flex. Since past few days the nerve connecting my arm to my palm also is painful while holding anything of weight. Please suggest how to cure this.
