Hello doctor, Since last few days I am drinking whisky daily, due to which I use to feel tired sometimes , now day before yesterday, I had plenty of beers , Smoking Cigarettes(after few days), So since yesterday I am having fever and cough(with black phlegm),what is this issue, I recovered from covid around 2.5 months back

My daugher Aarvi is turning 1 years old on August 8th. She has caught cold , running nose (we guess from our elder daughter) and has fever since today afternoon. We started Maxtra 0.4 ml twice a day since last night (She has had two doses so far including today Morning). Since had a fever of (100°F) few hours back and I gave her 1 ml Babygesic. Can you confirm if the dosage of Maxtra and Babygesic for an infant 12 months (Wt 7.7 - 8 kg) ?

Whenever I take medicines for 'cold' like Montair LC, Citizen etc, I always have urticaria on my fingers and toes within 2 hours of having it. Fingers turn out to be red and it itches a lot. I have sinusitis and usually get infection when weather changes so i have to take medicines anyway. But, it hampers my daily routine because fingers get swollen, red and itches. Is it a normal reaction?
