Hi from yesterday night, I am having pain & bloating/tightness in my upper abdomen. It reduces for sometime when I take antacids but then come back again. Was very bad last night. Also getting headache now. I get this abdomen pain too frequently these days (specially when lying down at night), so did an ultrasound (Attached report).
