Hi, i have fever for six weeks then my doctors test mantoux test and it came positive then my TB treatment is started and after 4 days my high fever is gone  but after some days my high fever is came back like its goes to 102 at afternoon at 3 o clock and at night after 12 pm. what to do? is it normal or is about to worry?

So, I am M24 with height as 5'7 and weight as varying between 68-70KGs. But I have seen my arms and legs are too thin, i mean i have been working out recently which has improved the muscle mass on my arms but my legs below knee they used to be plumpy before now they're so thin. I eat properly and eat all vegetables now as well. Why still m having that kind of problem? I hit legs less in gym though. I have also less vitamin d as i have a job which requires me to be within walls during day time(IT), for that I take vitamin d supplements every 5-6 months. Please help me..

Hello doctor, I'm 33 years old male. I was a complete fitness freak practicing martial arts and weightlifting every day. After corona, my life completely went sedentary and I'm unable to hit gym properly due to frequent lockdowns. Bcos of this, there is no proper physical exercise for my body and moreover I have to sit in front of computer for 10 hours as I work in a software company too. Especially I spend a lot of time in typing as I am a programmer. Coming to the point, I'm having slight tremor(or slight shivering ) in both the hands and fingers. Could this be a problem of over stressed work on fingers bcos of typing or my sedentary life or is it a  problem of weak nervous system or any other issues. Which doctor should I consult for this and what test do I have to take to find out the root cause of this and get a complete cure from it. Kindly suggest pls
