Is it possible to have fever after 4 days of getting second dose of vaccine? I'm experiencing 102 fever with chills and body ache

Is it possible to be infected with covid-19 again after taking both doses of covid? I took second dose 5 days back and I have 102 fever

On 4th sep my c-section delivery was done...i took Combiflam on 6th to 10 th sept ... but on 14 th sep suddenly i got so much pain on right side abdomen and back pain... when i take breath i also get so much pain ... what will i do??

Past 1 month i am experiencing low feeling along with my left hand fingers are auto shaking slowly. This kind of sensation wil remain for entire day. This is happening in a gap of 2 to 3 days.
