My father had fever (99) for 2 days. He tested negative for malaria & dengue but his platelet count is 1.3L/mm3, other vitals being normal. But he constantly complains of digestion issues, weakness & headache. He once also had blood in stool a few weeks back which probably was due to chronic constipation. Are these related or anything concerning?

I have had health anxiety from past 3 years and because of that i have visited many doctors but there was nothing wrong with me physically. Even went to cardiologist. Now slowly it is becoming okay. But recently i have a anxiety when ever i go to any family gathering function or public eating place. That someone with have put something in my food. This creates a lot of anxiety for me.
