Flu

Recently I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. Twice after that I had to take antibiotics due to certain health conditions. Both the times I ended up getting yeast infection 2 days after the course. Is it because my immunity is low and am still recovering?

I feel dizzy whole day, no fever no cold only dizziness. It's difficult sometime to walk or do something. While sleeping it feels like my bed is going round and round, sometimes mild headache also be there. What treatment would I go through, which tests should be done? I'm totally unaware of its treatment. This is the first time I felt dizziness and it's been 3 days now.

I feel lethargic all day, any time of the day despite a good night sleep. Feels like some part of the body is always aching, tired, and needs more sleep

My memory sharpness drastically reduce..I have poor thinking skill...I could not able to think about my career and I m wasting my time bcz of drastically reduce in focus and alertness of my mind..my mind has become too slow...I do yoga,headstand,anulom vilom,pushups and everything for 1hour but still I have very poor memory no progress is happening....it started when I used kera xl serum for 2 month on my scalp before that everything was normal. Which doctor should I consult neurologist or psychiatrist or general physician??

Hello doctor My widal test result shows--- S. Typhi 'O' 1:160 + Rest are + upto 80 titre only. Is this active typhoid? My local doctor told me this is not typhoid.  But everywhere on internet it shows typhoid positive. Please help. My symptoms are mild fever and nausea.
