Hi pls suggest. After the internal family tension I'm having severe headache and palpitations. Too much head pain I take olmighty 20 daily basis which i have taken 1hr back. Can i take libotryp or Antiblue plus to relieve the symptoms? Haven't taken these medication before but this two are available with me now

I have been experiencing headache specially around my left eyebrows for the past one week. I got my xray done last year to check for sinus, but it was clear. I generally also have a hurting sensation in my scalp as if the hair are being pulled, it reduces as I cover my head with something warm. But this time the pain has been happening for a few days and hence I wanted to check what could be the reason. I have disturbed sleeping pattern and end up sleeping very late. What could be the reason for the constant pain and how to go about the treatment for the same.

My relative is having 100~101 °F body temperature from last 5 days along with the little chills, severe Body ache. Today we have gone through "CBP,MP,Widal,,Dengue,CRP(Quantitative),CUE,,Sr.Creatinine".( Reports Attached). Doctor, 1).Kindly let me know what have been diagnosed in the reports? 2). Doctor, whenever I drink water, I can feel that it is going down through my chest and I feel a cool sensation on chest. I have no problem with swallowing. Is the sensation normal, doctor? Please help.
