Hi, I'm having a stomach upset from today morning, can here stomach growling sound frequently and feels like going to restroom every now and then but only gas, and had diarrhea 2-3 times and at around 1oclock had mild fever. I need a big help as i am suffering from multiple issues. 6 month before it started with palpitations and fatigueness and now I have eye twitching ,tinutis, Formication, throbbing headache,eye bluriness, weakness in legs,arms . Sometimes shocking kind of pain in muscles. Consulted several doctors and everyone is saying it's due to stress . But even when I am not stressed i am having these symptoms.
