Hello sir/mam, when i woke up today in the morning, i started feeling pain in shoulder, which will be from heavy bench press, but also numbness in pinky/little finger and side of hand, i sleep on side or on stomach, and my hands usually under my body, its been 14-15 hours since numbness, sometimes it reduces, and then get back to where it was, should i worry about it?? Whom should i talk to??, ps - i lift heavy weights on daily basis, and i've been working out for more than 2 years

These days i am having pain lower back which then radiates tò the lower parts of body and also have a pain in back of the head also i.e near the joining bones at the back head. Lower back hurts and sometime body becomes stiff and whole body become sore/painful. One thing i have also noted that i am able to manage things in my life, my exitment levels of good things happening to be ends with a stress induced excitment. Overly excited. Feeling like something is wrong in body. I felt in these age of 25 years, i am facing such issues, i don't know what happens in the older age. Please guide me why it is happening?

From past week I am having excessive pressure for peeing. I am supposed to pee within half an hour after drinking water. Also, I am a patient of piles, and having too much pain in the area. Hi, Today morning suddenly I got fever around 104.9 degree F. I took combiflam and cold sponge. Now  temperature is 98. Why fever gets so high? What precautions I need to follow? Please suggest.
