I have a deep pain on the right side  lower abdomen and lower back sometimes. Pain is very deep and not in the entire day. urine and stool passing are the same. Pain lasts 1-2 hours and it disappears. I did the US abdomen last day and attached the result. Please check and advise me for a consultation.

Hello I m 30 year old male . Last year in winter season I faced mild left side chest pain feels like squeezing pain . When I tested in hospital all my X-ray , ecg , echo and other reports were normal . I was ok later but now again in rainy season I m feeling same sensation same kind of pain . What might be the reason ? Note : I have breathing difficulties due to turbinate enlarge .

I had fever with shivers day before yesterday. Took two paracetamol tablets, one day before yesterday and one yesterday. I was feeling perfectly normal after that. Yesterday night I checked my temperature to find it 100.4degrees but wasn't feeling feverish at all, neither did I have any more difficulties. I took a paracetamol at night. Today morning my temperature was fine but it increased to 99.2 degrees at the noon, again without any external symptoms of fever. What could this indicate?

My father got tested for thyroid due to increase in weight recently.now reports suggests tha T3,T4 are  normal whereas increase in level of TSH which is 7.98 else it should be within 0.35-5.5 . Now please guide me that he should require a medicine for this diagnosis. Please do suggest me its a matter of concern as these.days he was feeling lethargic and his weight also increased so by self we got it tested.
