Please check my xray .From past 10days after taking deep breath i am getting little pain in right side chest which is also radiating to my right shoulder. And also there is a single point in my right back where i am getting a pain. Please check my xray. Still i have mild pain when talking deep breath. It is very little. I was on azithromycin 500 for 3 days. Here is my chest xray.

I had my nose pierced 2 days back with a non sterilized needle at a local gold smith. Is it a cause for concern? It was a gold needle which would have been used on other people before. Should I take TT or any other antibiotic now to make sure there's no infection? Right now, I don't see any redness or bump. There is a little numbness on the left nostril where I got it pierced.
