My husband's hands were swollen in the morning along with itchiness on the joints between fingers n palm.. This had happened earlier as well once. Although swelling goes away in a day but should we be worried about it? Please suggest.

My Cholesterol was 228 in Aug'22 & Triglycerides was 218...Now Cholesterol is 231 & Triglycerides is 228. What should i do, is any need of medicine to lower it.

Also ovaries were not removed during hysterectomy , will she experience menopausal symptoms? Even antidepressants are not working she's not able to sleep , any tests that I can be done to understand the cause?

Can Weight Gain caused by Nexito plus can be reduced by Exercise and other balanced Diet and Fibre rich foods ?? I took nexito plus since few months .

So, since a week i am unable to sleep properly. I do sleep at night but i would get proper nap at around 2am, but then i wake up early at 7.30 because my sleep will break. Then i sleep again sleep breaks at 8.30 and then same and 9.30. And entire day my eye feels like dry and i feel sleepy in eyes. As if eye pressure is there. There is no eye burning or water coming out. I am a software engineer so i have to constantly work on laptop for 7-8 hours. Please help me. Is this insomnia? Please help me out.
