Hello doctor, i had earache on left 2weeks back.then my throat started paining n felt swelling inside.even swallowing food was difficult.also had cough. I dont get fecer since many years but i felt bodyache n tired. I didnt take any medicine..after a week or so i felt better. Now again since yesterday when i saw my throat i saw ulcer type on back of throat on left side.also paining. Is it tonsilitis? Should i take amoxiclav.pls advise me. Thank u

I'm  facing vitamin b12 problem since 3 months I have Vitamin b12 - 266.00   pg/ml  I want to take vitamin b12 injection can I take injection and  after taking this injection is there any problem will cause? If no how much dose I have to take for week or daily or month ? And which doctor should I consult for vitamin b12 injection ?
