I had nonstop fever with chills for two days. I started getting intense body aches after that. It is so bad that I can't walk or sit properly. It's mainly concentrated on my hip region and back. Fever is gone now. But the body pain is still there. What should I do?

I have fever from last 1 day and I've been taking Dolo-650mg dose. But my fever didn't come down and so everybody around me suggested me to take paracetamol instead. So should I switch the medicine or should I wait till 3 days of proper dose.
