Why do i feel pain/cramp in stomach after having isabgol. I am suffering from irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea.

I fell down from two wheeler 20days back Had a medium scratch at ankle area an small scratch on elbow , which is heeled with in a week but ankle wound not heeling even after 20days i am applying mupirocin on daily once , I any problem applying betadine and mupirocion both together, tt and first aid upto 7days , antibiotics and multivitamins taken for 7 days

I had Nissen fundoplication a year ago . In my case vomiting is a no . I am going to travel for some days. So I am worried eating outside or travelling will cause vomiting or nausea . So can u recommended me some very strong nausea pills that I can my side. Pls recommend some strong one I have had nausea before and dr gives pantocid which doesn't work 🙏

Fever is since 3 days. I have been taking medicines - calpol, gudcefv since 2 days but my fever is not decreasing. Increased the dosage of calpol but still fever not decreasing. I am having watery eyes, running nose, fever, throatache, body ache, headache. I took all blood tests- Typhoid, malaria, dengue, CBC, urine and chest X ray. All reports are fine.. But fever not going down and still have cough n cold. Please suggest what to do.

I had an Viral fever 3 days now, in morning i have migrain headache in my right side of my head. I already have migrain headache but it's comes on rare. After my viral fever I had migrain attack. But my body temperature is 97.8 right now. I take medicine for this viral fever like antibiotics,dolo, and two other medicines with doctor prescription. What's this? I was having nexito 5mg for mild anxiety from the last 2 months, but from the last 5 days i am having nexito tablet because i was suffering from fever, body ache and nasal congestion and i taking medication for the viral infection. All other symptoms have subsided and i am feeling good. But i am light headness, irritability and a bit anxiety. Are these symptoms are due to sudden stoppage of the nexito medication?.

I am suffering weakness in legs and hands..tremour in body after taking Taxim O (9 tablet ) without dctr prscprion as I suffering in one day fever.(april 2023).i also have irregular heart beat now if i have empty stomach or late sleep at night..i have taken sofsid medince 30 dys but no results..I am also ex patience of 3rd stage non alcohlic liver fats and I was cured totally (March 2023)  by taking 190 evito tablets and multiple liver medicins as prescibed . Pls suggest for my weakness.

I have been taking a 5mg melatonin supplement, and previously, it helped me sleep. However, I've noticed that I am no longer experiencing the same sleep benefits, and it seems like I have developed a tolerance to the medicine. I'm wondering why this happened and how I can reverse the tolerance to melatonin. Additionally, I'd like to know how long it might take to see results once I try to reverse the tolerance.
