Flu

Sir I am having a chest discomfort especially in middle and right chest . The pain occurs when I cross my elbow to other direction otherwise I can't feel the pain. Iam having this problem for several months. Note:I have done some intense physical excercise for months without proper knowledge so might be the cause of chest pain as it is more like chest ribs and muscle issue. I am also a smoker. But I have stop smoking for a week or two now I am confuse sir what might be a cause. Iam also having neck and upper back pain too. I you could advise it would be very helpful. Thank You

Dear Sir/Mam , Yesterday i slipped from stepping on a broken tile on the floor. Felt sideways and just after the impact there is suddenly appeared huge bump on my feet (right feet , middle on top side).and now i am having a swelling and very painful to walk. Also just after the fall i get up and drive my scooter then suddenly blackout and felt unconcious so people around throw some water. For now i am feeling well but the pain in feet and sweeling still there. Please let me know if i need to have any xray or consulting

Good morning. I'm using inderal 40 mg since July for anxiety and fast heart rate. Now my heart rate , anxiety is under control. I would like to withdraw this tablet . I consulted the physician who recommended me this medicine he said I can lower the dose gradually and taper off these tablets. I bought 20 mg... Will there be any side effects if I lower the dose. I want to safely withdraw this medicine. Please be kind as I have experienced rude response before.

From 3 months I have been suffering from a urine infection I have been constantly taking treatments last I have been treated with amikacin injection that time bacteria was e coli my ultrasound report is normal today my reports came and it's showing gram -ve cocci now doctor advised me to take injection which is hard and I am confused what should I do what are the side effects please guide thanku here are my attached reports
