Sir from few days I am feeling uncomfortable on the right side of my throat..I have no pain during swallowing..no cough nothing.no swelling everything looks normal .Is it any serious issue .I have consulted doctor he prescribed me azithromycin.please tell me

I had a bad cough recently (2-3 weeks ago) and that led to pain on my left side, near my lower ribs. Every time I would cough, there would be pressure on that point, which would hurt. Since then, my cough has gotten better, but the pain has not gone away. I have tried supporting it with a pillow, some painkillers and a hot water compress, but nothing seems to be working long term. What is the solution for this?

I had typhoid. Titre value was 1 : 40 dilutions for s.typhi o and h. I was admitted for 3 days in hospital and discharged on 2.10.23. A week after that I had a fever so I consulted with a doc who gave me more antibiotics and vitamin tablets. My fever subsided and was normal for the past 4 to 5 days. Yesterday onwards I'm having loose stools and today I am having a fever of 100.4 degrees. I don't experience any tiredness or loss of appetite or body pain or abdomen pain. I am drinking around 2.5 to 3 litres of water everyday. I am eating idly with sugar for breakfast  and dinner and buttermilk with rice for lunch and I have an orange or apple or pomegranate juice in the middle. I have not taken anything from the outside nor I have eaten non veg during this period. What is the reason for this? Is this a recurring typhoid or is this normal?? Please help.

Hi, recent October blood work showed 500k platelet count and an 8.9 hemoglobin. Blood work in march showed 460k platelets and 11.2 hemoglobin. I have always had proper platelet count before. Now I am treating my iron deficiency with iv iron because I can't handle tablets. Is platelet increase to 500k of concern? Is it linked to iron deficiency?

Can a BP of 135/100 cause headache and weakness in limbs ? Please tell.

Hi doc I am having headache only on right front head in and around only right eye. Right eye is watering continously and right nose nostril is also watery runny nose only on right..while left side everything is normal..what is this headache
