Hi doc I am having headache only on right front head in and around only right eye. Right eye is watering continously and right nose nostril is also watery runny nose only on right..while left side everything is normal..what is this headache

I'm having daily mucus in throat if eat ice cream , going cooling weather, or ac causing the sneezing,mucus in throat and mouth roof itching.. It's there long time.

By mistake ,I took 2 becosules at a time . What should I do now? I don't have any symptoms except a little bit of  itchy throat?

I had feeling  hard like rock in the middle upper abdomen when I press my stomach always bloated after eating, i can't even drink water because of stomach tightness,I had this from the last 2years, in the last year I took medicines for this for 6months and when I stopped again the issue continues, I had also constipation problem, I had no poop sensation which I had before when I am not suffering with this issue, I done endoscopy in the year 2021 they mentioned that I had hiatus hernia and gerd.is iam suffering because of that or any other issue I am facing?like hpylori , can I go for hpylori test.

I tested blood CBC in that monocytes is 0 values it should be 1-10% and Eosinophills 8% but it should be 2-4% ,RBC count also low 3.99.please clarify me it becomes any health issues . A fitness freak guy can I run and do zyming IN that mostly I run 9 km every day ANd do zyming 2 time and completing 15000 tk steps and burning 700 calories in 1 day approximately Sir, how many times I can Do hot water. Salt compress in a whole day, and how many times I can add t bact cream on the folliculitis  and the pus should be go with own or I have to do drainage it Plz guide me, sir.. My mum is saying it to apply neem crushed it in with a mixture and apply some coconut oil and apply it it will became good and the drainage will go out some1 tell me to Apply Chuna
