Hi ! I've recently took a master check up and it stated I have 12.8 TSH level which is more than the required range which ranges from 0.34-5.60! Is this a problem or not something to be bothered can anyone help me with this!

I am suffering from lower back pain and lower abdomen pain either on the left side or right side. Somedays it happens on the left lower abdomen and other days it happens on the right lower abdomen. The pain radiates towards my toes. I feel uneasy while walking, sitting or sleeping. Initially it used to happen only in the left side and now it has started on the right side as well. I feel nauseous something. In the past few months I have rapidly gained 10 kgs and has periods three months back. After urinating I feel a sharp pain and I am unable to move. It happened two times and after urinating nowadays it starts to leak the urine after I am done.

Doctor i took tetanus injection on 17th October 2023 but today on 27th November i got cut from rusty Nail little bit blood comes out no deep wound so should i have to take Tetanus injection ?
