Hello.. I got diagnosed with H pylori infection 1-2 years ago. I took the full course of 14 days. And did a breath test after that to check if the course worked. But I tested positive again. The case is I went for endoscopy without any symptoms. I was hypochondriac at that time and based on some Google searches I went to the doctor and faked for having stomach issues for long they performed endoscopy and i tested positive for h pylori. I read everywhere almost 70-80% Indians have it. But I also see people get cancer with this. My doctor said that time no need to do anything as you don't have any symptoms
