A fitness freak guy can I run and do zyming IN that mostly I run 9 km every day ANd do zyming 2 time and completing 15000 tk steps and burning 700 calories in 1 day approximately Sir, how many times I can Do hot water. Salt compress in a whole day, and how many times I can add t bact cream on the folliculitis  and the pus should be go with own or I have to do drainage it Plz guide me, sir.. My mum is saying it to apply neem crushed it in with a mixture and apply some coconut oil and apply it it will became good and the drainage will go out some1 tell me to Apply Chuna

Hello two days ago I was having mild chest pain done ECG and echo both are normal today morning when I woke up i checked heart rate in oximeter it showed 196 then the next moment I checked again it showed 75

I got wound in foot .pls check attached picture. Pls suggest remedies. Will it spread to other fingers?
