For the past 3 days I am having mouth soreness on inside of cheeks both sides, whole tongue specially on the sides and top, pallet I feel like my mouth has got scratched from inside. Food taste has got diluted but spicyness has got increased. What possible medications can I take for complete relief?

I am noticing tiny black worms coming out in my urine, and having headache and tinnitus , i just did MRI of my brain and a cyst in the brain come out in report. And the headache and tinnitus I'm having since last 10 years followed by an infection which never got diagnosed. May be I'm suffering from parasites i guess, what should i do, when i discuss about parasite with a doctor then he thinks I'm psycho and they refer me to a psychiatrist.

I am 1st year MBBS students .In our hematology practical class of rbc counting , we had to suck up blood in a pipette. Teachers told that the blood they provided was not tested and it could be infectious . I am afraid that little bit of the blood went inside mouth . This happened on 6th December ,at 12 pm.What can I do now to save myself from any disease .
