My mother is 45 years old. Her weight is 68 kg and height is 137 cm. Suddenly she has middle Chest pain and that pain also spreads to the middle back or right shoulder. It happens 2-3 times in a month. Also sometimes she has an itching sensation on skin that converts into rashes. Whenever the chest pain occurs, she has taken the Omi tablet for Gas and after half an hour or 1 hour she gets some relief. Please advise me whether this happens due to Gas????

With Metolar XR 25 which I'm taking for last 25 years and cilacar 10, BP is 124/90 but BPM is 55, ECG report suggest bradycardia. Please suggest any modifications in dosage is needed.
