My B12 level is 138.
i am Vegetarian
no addiction
having leg pain, fatigue, sleep disorder hence dr suggested B12 test.
having ibs diarrhea as well.
history of pancreatitis as well.
what should I eat to increase B12 levels.
i can't digest non veg, milk products
