I've been having pain in the front of my neck for a few days now. Its a dull pain and it happens on both sides of my windpipe and i have a sensation of choking even though i can breathe fine. I have anxiety so I'm not too sure if its related but the pain is worrying me and keeping my stress levels high. I have also had head pressure for a while, even before the neck pain started and on and off headaches for about a week now.

My stool smell acid (like vomit) since a couple of month. I also had digestive pains and urinary discomfort. This all have begun since I came to live in French Polynesia. Before i was in Canada. I'm only 31 yo. Thank you!
