Hi Doctor, during the cough and cold omlette (food) is ok for eat? I was suffering from cough and cold from last 3 days. I took the medicine but regarding the food. Which type of food will be good for me?

I am always tired. have taken iron tablets in the past for this. I am getting a sick feeling as soon as food or drink pass my lips

Difficulties with eye and ear and nose function,sometimes runny eyes,red eyes,runny nose,nose congestion sometimes daily 2-5 times for an hour,sometimess hearing loss and ear ringing from left ear and a very sharp pain in head over the left ear and surrounding areas with left ear pain,exhaustion,mental exhaustion,headache,in the sunlight i m feeling very exhaustion with eye,breathing diffuculties,i can not stand more than half an hour on a place because of exhaustion in feet,burning sansation in head and eye,burning sansation in stomach and chest,tightness of chest and stomach,fever is approx 99.5 in the day and 97.5 in the night sometimes it goes to 100 in the day and 99 in the night,burning sansation in the body in sunlight

I have throat pain from two days and fever today,the whole body is heated due to fever

Currently I m having loose motion. Slight Abdominal pain. Yesterday I was travelling so I guess I got hit by the cold weather.

I accidentally stabbed my wrist yesterday with a pocket knife. It was fine besides being a little sore. I woke up this morning and it was just a little swollen and hurts to move my fingers, but I can move them. Should I wrap it and rest it or leave it unwrapped and keep it moving?
