Dear sir, I got married 1 year ago. We want a baby. We just need to get check up regarding our (me and my wife) fertility.

I have many things wrong with me. I have been diagnosed with some kind of allergen disease which consists of three symptoms, eczema, asthma and hay fever. I also have sinus, my nose is runny when in contact with a little dust and is stuffed most of the time in cold conditions(the night and in AC). I get joint pain in my wrists and ankles when its cold. I have sleepiness even when I get sufficient sleep. I have weight gain. I excess mucus in my eyes and I think all of this is connected.

Hello, My Vitamin B12 level is just 50. I have been advised to take Methycobal 500 injection for 5 days continuously, followed by weekly and monthly till one year. I have taken 5 continuous doses till now. By what level my B12 would have been increased? I am a pure vegan. What should be my food supplements?

AdultMale Have had skin fungi incidents in past. Inner thigh has a recurring (fungal) protrusion. Armpit rashes unbearable pain. Too much body hair and lot of sweating. Dark circles under the eyes. Skin tone blackened since past 4 years. I dont take much care of the skin. Hair loss. Hair wont grow much. Mood swing, irritation, tired all the time.
