Flu

I have low energy and fatigue through out the day. Also poor sleep during night. Would lie to know if i have any vitamins deficiency

Wednesday 1/10 in the afternoon I began having the chills and feeling very warm in my face. Nausea had been on and off throughout the day. Body aches began in the evening. Thursday night 1/11 the chills and fever were gone. Complete diarrhea since Wednesday night. Friday morning 1/12 stomach ache and cramping with body aches continued through today. Diarrhea is still current. Stomach cramping is the worst throughout the night and after eating and drinking.

I have loose motion, gas, like cold has struck me also showing symptoms of undigest.

Vitamin B12 is normal. I m pure vegetarian. Homocysteine level is high. Why is it so. I do regular walk, slim
