I am 35yrs old male - have got the Thyroid profile tested TSH - 17.48 T3 - 1.05 T4- 6.70 T3 & T4 values are in reference range but TSH is drastically high from the reference range (0.6-1.81) Vit D Test results are 10.4 where as the reference range is to be >20 Pls suggest what medications to be taken

I have been coughing for last 12 days and in the morning today I had blood in my cough through nose. Please let me kbow suitable doctors and tests.
