I always feel extremely cold in winter and now it's unbearable I feel lethargy even when I sleep on time and get up on time I don't have enough energy for anything even going to college and coming from college seems very hectic everyday . I fainted every month I couldn't study it seems like whatever I study I forget I  couldn't sit for a long duration for studies just 1 hour study is possible for me I start feeling low . And I don't feel hungry I just eat on time . What should I do now ? Which type of doctors should I visit ? Please help

I'm suffering low platelet count since 7 months.and last a month ago I'm suffering  cervical lymph node in my neck .after taking antibiotics it size reduced bt not completely gone now the size of two cervical lymph is like size for whole wheat.i tested CBC yesterday in that giant platelet seen what does it mean is it dengerous?
