Hello doctor, I am having fever & cold with headache from last 2days, I have taken citrizen, and paracetamol. Before fever I was in the village & came to city on bike (100kms) in the evening started @ 5pm. And I took headbath after reaching home. From next day I am having fever. Please suggest. With a little movement like running or climbing stairs I feel very tired, gradually starts heavy breathing and sometimes gets low blood pressure. I feel my stamina becomes very low. My age is 34 male and smoke 1or 2 cigarette a day.

I was having cough which has reduced but now there is some chest pain on the right whenever I cough.
