Ihva 3months breast feeding baby and now I have heavy fever and cold cough how can I cure without tabllets

My fever's been going on and off since monday, it just started when I went home and slept then I woke up around 4am and there goes the fever, I tried to sweat the heat out but it took a while for me to sweat because I felt shivers around my feet. Now the fever's low but I'm still feeling a bit off and no appetite. I tried sleeping but when I woke up I felt like my fever's going back and my neck is heating up. What can I do?
