I have been taking juice from lemon based a long side the back of the lemon.someties I blend it with ginger, could it be a possible csuse for a delay in my period?

I was lifting weights yesterday morning which I do on a regular basis and I started getting very short of breath and unable to catch my breath, nauseous, and my body was “tingly”. This is the second time this has happened ; the last time was about 3 months ago. I’m a 27 year old male, 210 lbs 5ft 7in. I’m a little overweight with a muscular build and I’m fairly active. I have a blood test ..having dengu IgM +ve but other two Ns1 and IgG negative...having a platelet count 3 lakh..the fever lasted for 7 days and now these 2 days I m not getting fever..is there anything more to test about dengu,i am using a antibiotic named Tambac cv-200 given by a doctor..taking ors fluids...anything more to do plz suggest..
