Respected doctor's Howmany months it will take for recovery from sixth nerve palsy due to inflammation.. Also I wanna know whether the double vision/diploma caused by sixth nerve palsy will be cured only after the full eye movement becomes normal?? What are the treatments available for double vision?? It's been 75 days

Respected doctor's 🙏🙏 My dad is having sixth nerve palsy coz of inflammation since 70 + days.Right now his right eye (palsy eye) movement has improved and the restriction towards the right end is minimal -0.5 but the problem is there is no change in the double vision!! So what we can expect on our next visit to doctor Howmany more days will it take for dad's Full recovery including cure from double vision Awaiting replies 🙏🙏 He took corticosteroid tablets for one month and then it's stopped.Now taking vitamin tablets

Respected doctor's Before 75 days my dad had double vision,so we went to Eye specialist,they took MRI and found its sixth nerve palsy coz of inflammation.After that he had corticosteroids for one month and till now taking ecospirin and vitamin tablet. When we met the neurologist and eye specialist they told dad's right eye movement has improved from -3 to -0.5 in last few months and he will be alright in few weeks.but now the eye movement is almost back to normal but double vision is intact.so howmany more days it will take for full recovery and double vision to be cured?? Awaiting your replies 🙏🙏 For your kind information corticosteroid tablets stopped after one month,now taking vitamin tablet and ecospirin

Hi, I developed viral conjunctivitis around a week back because of which my doc has said there seems to be two lesions in my lower cornea and suggested ocupol ointment to be applied twice a day. Please advise whether this is a serious condition and whether the lesions will heal soon. Any advise will be much appreciated. Thanks!

So howmany days will it take from now for full recovery of both eye movement and double vision?? Please reply 🙏🙏
