Dryness in eyes, itchiness, and sudden blurring of eyes... (bohot dhundhla dhundhla sa dikh rha hai.. ) no other symptom.. Is it serious...?? What is happening ? And simple eye drops are the solution...??

I'm Covid positive..in home isolation since 15days.. I have almost recovered but now I'm getting this eye pain when I close and open my eyes, it's not burning sensation.What is the reason? What should I do? Please help.. Thanks.
